We offer a free, independent and confidential feedback service.
We are hear to listen to your experiences of health and social care services in the Rochdale Borough and we share your views with those running services to help make care better for people.
We also offer a signposting service and can put you in touch with other organisations who might be able to help you.
If you want to make a formal complaint about a health and social care service we can refer you to an Independent Complaints Advocate who can help you through the complaints process.
To help with your enquiry we may need to share your information with relevant third parties, in which case we will seek formal consent before proceeding.
