About this event
During the global pandemic local residents had to adapt to new ways of living. To prevent the spread of the virus we were all asked to Stay at Home, Save Lives, and Protect the NHS. As we return to some level of normality we are required to Stay Alert, Control the Virus, Save Lives.
Healthwatch Rochdale conducted a survey to understand how local residents are coping with the situation and to gather information about what would make the situation easier to live with in terms of support from public sector services, and the wider community. Following on from this survey, Healthwatch Rochdale are now facilitating a series of focus group discussions to further understand the individual experiences of local people. By gathering information about lived experiences we can identify what has worked well and make sure that the views and opinions of local people are used to help shape future services.
