Healthwatch Rochdale representatives conducted an Enter and View visit at The Village Medical Centre, Littleborough on 23/09/2025 as part of a planned Quality Visit conducted by the Primary Care Team, GM Integrated Care HMR (Heywood, Middleton, and Rochdale locality). The Village Practice is a GP practice in Littleborough with a list size of approximately 4,200 patients and run by GP Care Services. This is a 6 month update looking at what progress has been made on the recommendations we made.

Middleton Hall Residential Care Home is a registered care home for people aged 65+ situated in the Middleton area, offering both long-term and short-term care for up to 29 residents. The home particularly specialises in dementia and older persons care. The home offers 27 single rooms and 2 companion rooms. The residential care is provided in a detached building, providing accommodation over 2 floors which is surrounded by a large garden, with a small car park to the front of the property.
