Healthwatch Rochdale would like to invite you to attend their online Mental Health Forum.
The forum will take place via Zoom and will be a safe, confidential space for you to speak about accessing mental health services during Covid - 19.
The role of Healthwatch Rochdale is to make sure that health and care providers hear your views and opinions on services and use your experience to make sure the right support is in place for you, your friends and your family.
Findings from the forum will be used to help shape future mental health care in the Rochdale borough.
If you have accessed or tried to access mental health support during Covid 19 we would welcome you to join us and discuss what has worked well and what could be improved.
Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
