Share your views on community health and care services in the Rochdale borough.

Healthwatch Rochdale are carrying out a survey on community health and social care services to help us understand the experiences of people using community services in the Rochdale borough.

The survey is made up of five questions and gives people the opportunity to have a say on how local community health and care services can be improved.

Information from this survey will be used to create an evidence-based report which will be shared with those who run, commission and regulate services. The report will  highlight areas of best practice and identify where services do not effectively meet the needs of the population.

Healthwatch Rochdale carry out surveys to enable them to focus on a specific topic which leads to a better understanding of how well services are performing and what can be improved. This is the second survey to be carried out as part of our 2019/20 programme and follows on from our survey on GP digital services. Surveys are carried out and used alongside general feedback collected from Rochdale borough residents.

The closing date for survey responses is Sunday 15th March.
