Have your say – Healthwatch Rochdale launch 360 review to gather feedback on how well the service is performing and what could be improved.

Healthwatch Rochdale has today launched their yearly 360 stakeholder review giving local people the chance to say where they think the service is working well and how improvements could be made.

The 360 review aims to seek the views of local residents and professionals who work in the borough and is used to evaluate the performance of the service and its year-on-year development. The results of the review will be published into the public domain and used to identify how the organisation is working well and where it needs to improve over the following year. Recommendations for improvement will be made as part of the review.

As the voice of the public on local health and care services it is important that our service is developed and shaped in partnership with residents and professionals who work in the borough. This partnership approach will help ensure that the service is reflective of local need. We are asking all our partners and residents to take five minutes to take part in this review, as the more responses we get the better decisions we can make when identifying improvements
