The Government COVID-19 vaccines delivery plan aims to vaccinate tens of millions of people and over 40,000 local people have now received the first dose of their COVID-19 vaccination. Due to the targeted vaccination programme, there is still a large percentage of the population yet to receive their first dose and we want to hear your thoughts on receiving the vaccine and identify any areas of concern for local people.

Survey responses will be shared anonymously with local organisations to help identify areas where things could be imporved. Responses will also be shared with Healthwatch England who will be providing feedback to the government on how the vaccination programme is working nationally.

The NHS is doing everything it can to deliver COVID 19 vaccines in the Rochdale borough and the programme is progressing well. We want to ensure that local people have received all the information they need regarding the vaccine and identify if things can be improved. Taking a few moments to tell us what you think can really help local services know how to make things better for you
