Patient Representative Request

 They are holding two Staff Development events and would like some volunteer patient representatives to come in and speak about their experiences. 

This would be done in an informal manner around small group tables, with staff asking how you found the whole experience - including preparation and your day of surgery.  This is to help the staff understand how it feels to be a patient in their department and to identify areas for improvement.  This will also help to ensure that any changes made going forward, support patients and staff alike.

If you have experience of Endoscopy and / or surgery and would like to attend one of the above dates, please email foundation@srft.nhs.uk  to book a place.  Your involvement as a volunteer would be highly appreciated and would add real value to the staff training days.
