We are currently carrying out a piece of work reviewing the primary care digital offer in the Rochdale borough. This has included doing an audit of all GP websites and holding a focus group to gather patient views on what their ideal GP practice website would look like.

The final part of this work is asking patients to share their views in a short 7 question survey. The survey has been developed with Healthwatch Rochdale’s Advisory Group who are responsible for shaping the work that Healthwatch Rochdale carry out.

The annoymised findings from the survey will be shared with those responsible for providing GP services to help improve GP practice websites in Heywood, Middleton, Rochdale & the Pennines.

There is a chance to win a £50 shopping voucher for taking part.

A good GP website can offer more control and convenience to local people when accessing GP services. Whether wanting to book an appointment or find information & advice, we want to know how local people currently use their GP practice website and what they would like to use it for in the future. Findings from this survey will be shared with local commissioners to help improve GP practice websites across the borough
